Time to Kill

Sunday, my parents took Emily to visit my father's sister in New Jersey. They left around 11 and weren't going to be back all day. Brian and I were home alone. There was nothing to do. Laundry was caught up. We were bored with television. There was nothing in the theateres to watch.
Essentially, we had the whole day to do grown up things and there was nothing that held our interest. None of our friends were around, we didn't feel like driving the half an hour to wake his sister up and didn't really feel like sitting at his older sister's house with the kids. We wanted to do something that we haven't been able to do with a child.
But the problem was what.
So, we did nothing, watching the clock until they all came home.
Then, it couldn't be bedtime fast enough!

You couldn't come up with any "adult" activities to do? Ha ha ha! I swear sometimes we are so busy that when we have a moment to ourselves we have no clue what to do! Hope you got a little rest anyway! Miss you!
